Step one - do your Personal Health Profile

The Personal Health Profile is an excellent starting block.

The Personal Health Profile is an individualised report which specifically recommends foods that you, as an individual, should be eating and drinking.  Once you have completed the questionnaire you will be sent a personalised report on exactly what Nutrients, Superfoods, Vitamins, Minerals, Spices and Herbs ‘you’ need.

It is then up to you to make these changes by taking your report shopping with you when you visit your supermarket or local health food store. You can then stock up on everything your report recommends and, equally importantly, you can avoid buying the foods that you shouldn’t eat. If you don’t have it in the house then you can’t eat it and a healthier life is already in sight!

Once you have made these changes to your life then hopefully this will solve all or many of the ailments you originally set out to eliminate.  It is also important that you revisit the Personal Health Profile regularly (at the change of every season) to ensure that you stay on track with your healthier lifestyle.

The Personal Health Profile is also a cost effective way of improving your health, you may not need to have any of these nutritional clinic tests done if you just make the dietary changes which the Personal Health Profile recommends.
